Description du contenu de l'enseignement
Important notions are delivered in Integrated courses (28 hours). Students start to follow the Magistral Lectures (15 hours) where complementary informations are given as well as training to notes-taking . Students starts also Practical work (28 hours) .
1) Integrated course (28 hours)
1. Mathematical Tools for physics
2.Transcient regimes
3.Ideal Gas
2) Magistral Lectures (14 hours)
Student discover lecture in the presence of a large number of students ( 4 groups of speciality close to 140 students). These 15 hours divided in 10 sessions will be the opportunity to give complementary informations about the main objectives teached in integrated courses. A gradative training to note-taking is done. The objective is to prepare students to L1 where they will receive the main lecture informations in such conditions.
Students will manipulate technical materials and aparatus. They will check some physical laws seen during the year in the topics of Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Optics and electricity. These lab sessions will be done in half group (maximum 20 students)

Compétences à acquérir
- Being familiar with some mathematical tools such as scalar product, vectorial cross product, gradient operator. Having a first overview about infinitesimal geometrical elements of lenght, surface and volume (particular need in L1: Geophysical Engineering group).
- Understanding the influence of a friction force, the notion of caracteristic time and its dependence with the system parameters.
- Having some notions about thermodynamics: ideal gas, fluid static, work, heat, internal energy, enthalpy and heat capacity.
- Being familiar with the elementary Lab apparatus: multimeter, oscilloscope....
