This course provides students with a broader view of the translation industry from a process-oriented and client/supplier perspective.

• Take a client's perspective in defining a localization project, focusing on quality, cost and delivery
• Know the differences between CAT tools and master their basic functions
• Understand how machine translation (MT) is generated and applied to localization projects
• Differentiate between standard and post-edited translation.
