Description du contenu de l'enseignement

The purpose of this unit is to illustrate, in practical terms, the theoretical lessons relative to different unit operations (Reverse osmossis, adsorption, catalytic reacteur, temperature control, level control)* Liquid-solid adsorption (fixed bed, activated carbon, blue of methylene) * Reverse osmosis (membrane, water treatment) * Heterogeneous (solid-liquid) reactor (fixed bed reactor, dissociation of sucrose, acid catalysts, enzyme catalysts) * Level and flowrate control (P, PI and PID controller) * Temperature control (P, PI and PID controller).

Compétences à acquérir

1) understand the operating principle and the practical aspects related to semi-industrial operations units (heterogeneous catalytic reactor, adsorption, reverse osmosis& control) 2) know the relevant parameters concerning the proper functioning of the experimental units and their effects on the unit's performance 3) apply the good practices of process conduction and production.
