Compétences à acquérir
Objectives in terms of acquired skills :
The student will learn how to detect and differentiate bacteriophages, specific bacterial and fungal species, exemplified by Staphylococcus and Candida species. The student will acquire skills to modify genes in human cells using the bacterial CRISPR system. The student will be also able to write up, solve and analyze basic equations describing gene regulatory mechanisms
