Description du contenu de l'enseignement
Through this course, students are expected to identify, analyze and propose solutions to operational challenges related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) within organizations. In order to do that, they will be introduced to theoretical basic points related to CSR, such as Theory of Stakeholder, Corporate Governance, and others. By getting acquainted with the main organizational theories and concepts at the basis of CSR, they are expected to better understand the implications of the implementation of socially responsible practices within organizations.

Upon completion of this course, students should be able to
- (level 1) acquire basic knowledge about the theoretical basis of Corporate Social Responsibility.
- (level 3) provide socially responsible and strategy-based solutions to problems within organizations.
- (level 4) analyze CSR-related situations from a strategic perspective and provide different solutions to them.
- (level 5) question themselves about the various stakes related to CSR implementation in different social, economic and cultural contexts.
