Description du contenu de l'enseignement
Students will have the opportunity to apply their entire business education and experience to a very practical, hands-on project. They will be working in small teams and will research the market for the product or service, evaluate marketing, sales, development and operations plans, and make financial projections. They will take a hands-on approach and are expected to interact with the business community, be able to work effectively in teams, and be active participants in classroom discussions.
Compétences à acquérir
Upon completion of this course, students should be able to :
- (level 2) explain all the parts of a business model and its elements.
- (level 3) demonstrate how and why they fit together.
- (level 3) produce after conceive, an entire business model and a pitch
- (level 4) illustrate why and when writing a business plan is needed
- (level 5) generate a business model in relation with an innovation project issued from Alsace Innovation Competition
