Description du contenu de l'enseignement

The purpose of this course is to learn each step of the market research, the creation and the diffusion of a quantitative questionnaire as well as the statistical analyses of collected data and the reporting of the market study.

Compétences à acquérir

Upon completion of this course, students should be able to :

- (level 1) identify the different stages of a market study
- (level 3) prepare a documentary review
- (level 5) design a quantitative questionnaire
- (level 6) interpret statistical results
- (level 2) elaborate a marketing problem and marketing questions
- (level 4) figure out relevant hypotheses
- (level 5) recommend managerial actions
